In the pre-season schedule of Real Madrid, the Spanish club had to face-off with: Manchester United, Manchester City and Barcelona for the International Champions Cup.

All of those matches that Real Madrid played, they lost in successive weeks as the team of Zinedine Zidane failed to secure a single triumph.

Cristiano Ronaldo did not play in any of those games of the ICC but nonetheless, the current champions of Europe still had a pretty stacked squad with first team players such as: Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, Gareth Bale and Marcelo.

Isco also appeared in almost all of the games but despite having all of these talented figures, Real Madrid lost every single match and Sergio Ramos does not appear to be worried as the Spanish defender said a few things about this recent string of losses as the 31 year old player said:

“When there is a title in the middle, then everything is different and we’re working well to be ready for Aug. 8.”

Sergio Ramos stated that when the entire team is fit and ready to play with Cristiano Ronaldo back, they should be working better and just in time for the upcoming UEFA Super Cup which is scheduled to be played on August 8 when Real Madrid faces off with Manchester United.

The veteran defender also said a few things concerning the current situation of Neymar as the Brazilian player for the past few weeks has been rumored on leaving Barcelona and joining PSG.

Ramos was completely truthful in his statement as the 2010 FIFA World Cup winner said that he hopes Neymar joins PSG or basically any other club as it would facilitate Real Madrid’s journey of lifting another La Liga title.

“I have a good relationship with him. We changed shirts at the end and I hope that’s the last time I get a Barca one from him, that wouldn’t be a problem for us at all! Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos’s added on.
